On the morning of September 9th, the 2016 session of cross-border e-commerce international famous work exhibition & Zhejiang Import exhibition opened at Ningbo International Exhibition Center , in which visitors were amazed by two intelligent robots with various expressions and interaction abilities ,who took the place of ritual girls with belts or volunteers in uniforms.
“Two intelligent robots with different functions were set at the exhibition, one with movable arms for welcoming guests while the other with plates for food delivery.” said the staff responsible for the exhibition. ”They are both equipped with simple voice identification functions and interaction ability, which help them to respond differently to the changes of environment.”
It is reported that both the two image angels are service robots equipped with autonomous walking and obstacle avoidance functions, who can also respond to particular sentences, which indicates their IQ is close to that of a human baby. Apart from greeters, robots can also be the waiters in the canteen or the narrators in museums, finishing low-demanding, repetitive tasks. In future, the exploration on sensor technology will continue in the hands of the invention company of this robot , which further boosts the intelligentization and complete the upgrade from interactive robots to autonomous ones.
According to the introduction of the responsible staff from the City Council for the Promotion of International Trade, batches of high-end international products were introduced to meet the growing demands from the market, which created the atmosphere of science and technology. Apart from intelligent robots, well-equipped helicopters and yachts were shown in the venue of international famous work for Meishan Bonded Area. VR experience zone and e-gaming equipment zone were set at the venue of Gigabyte Tech. from Taiwan, China while fresh groceries from the overseas were displayed from 13 special cold-chain enterprises in 10 countries inclusive of US, South Africa and Chile, etc
