Paperless rebate innovation pilot turns out successful

Recently, three large-scale enterprises in Ningbo Export Processing Zone, including Ningbo Qunzhi Optoelectronics (the former Ningbo CMO), got the monthly rebate of more than 1.47 million yuan after their successful practice of "water-electricity-gas" paperless rebate. This is also the first "water-electricity-gas" paperless rebate in special areas in China.
The "water-electricity-gas" rebate is the rebate policy in place for such special areas supervised by the customs departments as export processing zones and bonded zones. As the first bonded zone to practice the paperless rebate in the country, the IRS in Ningbo Bonded Zone not only eliminates the need for companies to submit data back and forth, but also achieves a full-informative speedy refund mode. When the project is comprehensively promoted in the area next year, the annual rebate of more than 3,000 million yuan for over 20 companies in the region will be timely returned.
