The eleventh Ningbo children fashion festival opened on October, 22. Over 1000 Ningbo teenagers gathered in the opening ceremony to celebrate the grand occasion.
It was learned that the festival would have many activities staged, such as children model competition, DIY fashion exhibition and print modeling competition. The children model competition consisted of catwalk  and talent show，while the DIY fashion exhibition encouraged children’s innovation to make novel clothing and accessories with various daily materials. The print model competition engaged extensive participation from children and their parents. Up to now, over 700 children have entered for the competition and half a million votes have been casted online.
