Modern International Logistics Park becomes national demonstration area

The 2015 national "month of quality" activity was launched in Qingdao, Shandong Province, on September 1. As one of the 19 state-level prominent demonstration parks for brand construction, Ningbo Modern International Logistics Park of Ningbo Economic and Technological Development Zone received the award from the State Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine. The park has now become the only modern port logistics brand demonstration park as well as Ningbo's first state-level brand demonstration park.
As is known, the construction of the "national prominent brand demonstration area" is an important measure for the steady economic growth, industrial structure adjustment, further transformation and people's livelihood. So far, 40 parks or zones have been awarded the title, covering various fields of the first, second and third industries in China.
According to a person in charge from the Modern International Logistics Park, since the park started the construction work of the demonstration zone in August 2013, the agglomeration effects of the logistics industry and brands have increased significantly and the major economic indexes have gone up rapidly.
"This is another new start for us. We will take the opportunity to strengthen our management system, investment environment and services, to improve the enterprises' satisfaction rate of the park, and build it into a comprehensive port industrial agglomeration zone with improved quality, accelerated trade and clustered industries." said the same person in charge
