Changfeng to Become the Primary Central Living District

According to an urban design plan of a British design institute, the Changfeng area, which borders the Xiaoshan Ningbo Railway on the North,

Hangzhou-Ningbo Expressway on the South, the Fenghua River on the west and the Yinzhou District boundary on the east, shall be forged into a primary Central Living District of Ningbo, with the estimated number of residents to reach 34,000 in 2010 and 50,000 in 2020.
