| Resource Allocation Center Set up |

The Lanhai (Blue Sea) Resource Allocation Center of Ningbo was set up in Beilun recently. The Center is to invest 400 million yuan to set up an online resource trading platform and an iron and steel trading center. It plans to introduce 70 producers of iron and steel and provide trading services of bulk cargoes and supporting logistic services. The Center is expected to realize a sales volume of six billion yuan in 2009, 20 billion yuan within three years and 60 billion within five years. By 2015 the Center will have become the largest trading market of steel of Zhejiang Province, providing the services of steel transaction, logistic transaction, resource trading and allocation.
